2. Scope of Services

VRIDDIX provides executive search and placement services across two primary sectors:

• Domestic Placements: Identifying and placing candidates in high-growth roles within Mumbai’s corporate and industrial landscape.
• International Processes: Facilitating placements for Voice, Chat, BPO, and KPO processes for global clients, managed and operated from our hub in Mumbai.

3. Candidate Obligations

By submitting your profile to VRIDDIX, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is 100% accurate and truthful.
• You possess the legal right to work in the specified jurisdiction.
• You authorize us to share your profile with potential employers.

Any discovery of fraudulent documents will lead to immediate disqualification and possible legal action as per Mumbai jurisdiction.

4. Placement Disclaimer

We act as a bridge between the candidate and the employer. Final selection, salary negotiation, and issuance of the offer letter are solely the employer's prerogative. VRIDDIX does not guarantee employment.

5. Specialized Processes

For candidates applying for International Voice, Chat, BPO, or KPO roles, absolute adherence to client confidentiality and data security protocols is mandatory.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
